Abacus 21's Voicemail Server (to which all in-coming Voicemails are supposed to be routed-and-stored when the phones are unanswered or during Off-Hours) went down... and the repair of it (disk-drive) is expected to take until late tomorrow (Tuesday, October 20th).

Support Phone Call-In's are affected... since they too go through the Voicemail System.

If you have a Support Incident situation, please use Email to notify us... at Support@Abacus21.com.  We have our Abacus 21 Support personnel assigned to monitor the Support-Emails routinely today, tonight, and until such time as the Voicemail unit gets repaired.  During this interim timeframe, please put the words "SUPPORT" or (if it an emergency) "SUPPORT EMERGENCY" in the Subject-line of the email.  Also make sure you include as much Description of the problem and Contact Information as possible.

If you have a non-Support type of call (or you have left us a Voicemail recently to which we haven't responded), please re-try us by phone during Normal Business Hours.

We will notify you when the Voicemail System is back in commission.
