Enhancing the health and wellness theme of the community, the Abacus 21 Sports Complex contains a fitness and aerobic facility with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment and an aerobic studio. The fitness and aerobic facility is open year round for the benefit of the members of Abacus 21 Country Club. The Club's Fitness Director plans a full calendar of activities for children and adults ranging from personal training and instructional assistance to children's activities and wellness programs, and a full array of aerobic and dance activities.

Lorena is our Sports Facility Director for the Abacus 21 Sports Complex. Drawing on her vast professional experience which includes managing several Corporate and Commercial Fitness Clubs in the Buffalo area. Lorena will be responsible for the various programs and sports activities offered to Abacus 21's Members.
