Signori Events	Job Description The Signori Products Branch being established in Buffalo, NY will be the spawning point for Importer, Retailer, and Distributor activities. This vanguard operation will be entrusted to realistically assess the market potential at both the Retail and Wholesale levels. The responsibility for these activities related to general management, establishment of a local retail market presence, and formation of appropriate wholesale distribution channels will be principally handled by Mr. Enzo F. Diaz during the first 9-12 months of operation. From the second year of operation, the Branch will need a full time employee to complement Mr. Diaz in certain sales activities. Furthermore, we are expecting to open several stores and distribution chains of our products in other Gourmet Stores around the area of Erie County -- and perhaps in other states for the middle-long term – and this would warrant the future addition of several more employees as this need percolates.
