Client Preferences allows the cataloguing of a Client's Service Type Preferences -- which is literally used in certain Reservation-oriented systems (such as Spa Reservations) to check Booking considerations against a Client's known Preferences.
A 'Preferred Language' may be noted -- as well as the preferred Gender of the Therapist, Pro, Personal Trainer for any respective Service Type.
In this example, Mr. Johnson prefers Female Therapists for his Massages -- and of the Female Therapists, his 1st-choice is Mary Jo Smith... and his 2nd-choice is Ashley Mallinson.

The screen below defines the Preferred Gender for the selected Service Type:

The screen below illustrates how to reference appropriate Staff personnel for the Client's preferences:

On the 'Staff Service Notes' tab, you have an option to store Staff Notes regarding the Client's Service-Type Preferences:
In the example below, both Marty Hamlich and Butch Lesniak have recorded (stored) Notes about their particular observations regarding Mr. Johnson's 'Massage' (Service Type) preferences.

The screen below shows Staff person Butch Lesniak's notes about Mr. Johnson's Massage (a Service Type) Preferences:
Note: These Staff Comments (about a Client's Service Type Preferences) are referenced also on the Spa-Court "Therapist" Screen.

A Staff Person can record as many Comments as necessary per Service-Type for a Client.
Since this mechanism uses Abacus 21's Comment-Narrative Routine, you can also attach an Image and a file Attachment if desired.
