The following is an example set of End-of-Day Reports (and Inquiries) for Point-of-Sale:

 

 

SnapShot -

 

 

 

This report can be used to get a ‘snapshot’ of “How You’re Doing” at any point during the day… and for any Day in History.

 

Ticket Aging & Alert Report -

 

 

The Ticket Alert Inquiries/Reports isolated Tickets-Servers-Customer who have been ‘lingering’ to long at any stage of the Meal service process.  This can be viewd for Live or Historical POS Transactions.

 

 

 

The above Ticket Aging & Alert Filters allow Management to fine-focus in on delinquent situations.

 

Ticket Status Report -

 

 

The above is a Ticket Status Report – covering (optionally) multiple Sections and Dates.

 

Ticket Inquiry Search & Recall -

 

 

With Ticket Search, Management can recall any Live or History Ticket.

 

 

 

The above Ticket Recall shows the ‘guts’ of the Ticket.  A normal presentation of the GuestCheck-Receipt can also be re-printed.

 

Item Exception Report -

 

 

 

The above report is designed to isolated ‘exceptional’ Ticket situations.

 

Payment Detail Report -

 

 

 

The above report allows Management to get a Summary-Detail of Tenderments – from either the Live Day or History.

 

Staff Ticket Summary Report -

 

 

 

The above report provides several variation of analyzing Staff Sales.

 

PLU-SKU Item Sales Report -

 

 

This report is one of several that allow Management to analyze Item Sales.

 

 

 

The report can ‘explode’ any Item into its Historical Detail:
