This program allows the Administrator to add/modify State & Province abbreviations that will be used in building Addresses.
The following screen shows a sample of the normal State & Province code abbreviations for the United States and Canada:
The KAS abbreviation itself is an example of a User-entered Code (alternative for Kansas !!!).
Notice also that 'blank' has bee established as a legitimate State/Province Code.
The entry screen is extremely simple:
State-Province Code - Enter (max 3-character) Code for the State or Province.
