For the TimeClock Sign-In Screen Juncture, establish whatever Date-senstive Bulletin Board Messages are desired -- for instance, this one that is Effective (as opposed to 'Override' for a specific Date only) as of June 10, 2003:
Note: This particular example above is indicative of a 'single' Effective Date that has been set up.... and the 'prevailing' Bulletin Board Message is merely edited over the top of the original-previous one -- repeatedly using the same Effective Date.
