

Abacus 21's Timeclock System (Timekeeping System) is one of several personnel-related systems:
Staff Maintenance - Employee Demographics and (other) application-related setups.
Staff Availability Scheduling - for availability to participate in staff-required Services.
Staff Scheduling - General Work Schedules (with respect to the Timeclocks -- including the 'rules' associated with clocking In-Out with respect to assigned Shifts.
Timekeeping - The Timeclock 'punch in' and 'punch out' functions, along with BackOffice entry of Miscellaneous Earnings
Timekeeping-to-Payroll Interface - Export of the Timeclock results to Payroll
Payroll-to-General Ledger Interface - Import of a Payroll System's Journal Entries to Abacus 21's General Ledger.
As noted above, the Timekeeping System allows for Timeclock Punch-In's and Punch-Out's -- as well as the BackOffice entry of Miscellaneous Earnings.
