The general Narrative Comment Routine is superb tool for User to create their own repository of narrative-oriented Comments -- along with the provision for associated attachments and imbedded images.
These Comments are arranged in terms of User-defined 'Types' -- and can be set up to be 'active' at specific (Abacus-defined) System Application Junctions.
The General Comment Routine allows for the establishment of 'static' Comments that can be 'projected' (routed) to other Abacus 21 Applications.
At each such Application Junction, the Administrator can set up (selected) Comment Types to be:
Active or Not-Active
If Active:
Available to View Only (at the Application Junction)
Viewing to be 'forced' automatically (even if not selected by the Operator)
Viewing to be discretionary (to the Operator's choice)
Option to allow viewing of 'deleted' Comments
Available to be created/edited/deleted (at the Application Junction)
