Enhancing the health and wellness theme of the community, the Abacus 21 Spa & Sports Complex contains a fitness and aerobic facility with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment and an aerobic studio. The fitness and aerobic facility is open year round for the benefit of the Members of the Abacus 21 Club.
The Club's Fitness Director (the gorgeous & trim Marilyn Lane of Sudbury, Canada -- the reigning Miss World Women's Body Builder) plans a full calendar of activities for children and adults -- ranging from personal training and instructional assistance to children's activities and wellness programs -- and a full array of aerobic and dance activities.
