Polices Regarding Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Guarantees -  NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST BE GUARANTEED 72 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.  This number cannot decrease after the 72-hour prior notice.  If the number of guests actually attending is less than your guarantee, you will be charged for the guarantee.
  2. Room Charges/Food and Beverage Minimums -  Room charges are usually only incurred when there is a function with little to no food and beverage being provided.  Room charges and food and beverage minimums will be quoted to you by your salesperson.  There are based on the type of the event., day of the week, time of day, the room being utilized and other variables.  These charges do not include tax and gratuity or any other incidental charges.
  3. Bringing/Removing Food -  No food and beverage will be permitted to be brought in without the permission of management.  No alcohol may be taken from Cafe Aroma.

It is permissible for a client to bring wine and or champagne for a private dining event.  There will be a corkage fee of $9.00 per bottle assessed for the storage, corking, and service of wine.  Because of our lack of storage space, empty bottles will not be saved and or stored for clients retrieval.
