Location - Board Room
Time Start - 7:30 p.m.
Time Adjourn - 9:30 p.m.

Meeting was opened with a presentation by Jim Jones of JJ Associates regarding a fund raising project to establish a trust or endowment program to fund special projects around the Club.  A motion was approved to fund a feasibility study.  A committee will be formed with two board members and at least two other regular members to oversee this project.

Arnie & Ben presented a hole-by-hole description of the proposed bunker renovation.

The finance report indicated income less than budget for the second straight month.  Most of this loss was attributed to the bad weather and dues income.  Our initiation fee are currently less than budget, however there are still quite a few potential new members being pursued by the Membership Committee.

A discussion regarding the requiring the use of hard hats by our grounds crew resulted in a proposed review of out current policy with legal counsel to determine what we should be doing. Tom Saul will make a report at the next meeting.

Paco O'Connor reported that the revised rules and regulations along with the new roster have been mailed to the membership.

Rob Freeman proposed one new regular member application and seven new social applications. Three regular members and one social member resigned.  All were approved.  He also reported that he had six or seven very interested potential applicants that he is currently working on.  He said that the membership has to get more involved if we are to meet our goal for the year.

Joanne Richter reported that copies of the revised Constitution are available at the business office for any member wishing to pick one up.

The real estate committee will make a report on the disposition of the property on the eastside of member eleven and the west side of number five at the next meeting.

The Board approved the following request for outings: 8 golfers on July 8th.
