Abacus 21 Buffalo Office Scheduled Power Shutdowns --
October 21, 2010 --
The power in the building in which Abacus 21's Buffalo Offices reside will be shut-off (once again) for maintenance by the local Power-Company on the following Dates:
- Saturday, October 30th (from about 07:00am-05:00pm)
- Sunday, October 31st (from about 07:00am-05:00pm)
Associated with this, our Network-Servers (and email)... will be down during the above dates-timeframes... and, in addition, they will be off-line during the following Dates-Times:
- Friday, October 29th (around 6:00pm) thru Saturday, October 30th (around 06:00pm).
- Sunday, October 31st (around 7:00am) thru Sunday, October 31st (around 07:00pm).
If you have the need to report a Support Incident during these intervals, please phone-them-in "around" those anticipated down-times.
As a precaution, you may want to "phone-in" (again avoiding the abovementioned down-times) notification of any Support Incidents that may arise that you might also be emailing in... as the duration of time before all the emails catch up after the Servers are brought back up is not precisely known.
Note: All "times" listed above are expressed in East-Coast time.
