Abacus 21 Buffalo Office Scheduled Power Shutdown --
November 3, 2010
The Power Utility Company has informed us there will be "one last" Power Shutdown this coming Saturday, November 6, 2010 -- from 07:00am thru 03:00pm.
Associated with this, our Network-Servers (and email)... will be down during the above dates-timeframes... and, in addition, they will be off-line during the following Dates-Times:
- Friday, November 5th(around 6:00pm) thru Saturday, November 6th (around 04:00pm).
If you have the need to report a Support Incident during these intervals, please phone-them-in "around" those anticipated down-times.
As a precaution, you may want to "phone-in" (again avoiding the abovementioned down-times) notification of any Support Incidents that may arise that you might also be emailing in... as the duration of time before all the emails catch up after the Servers are brought back up is not precisely known.
Note: All "times" listed above are expressed in East-Coast time.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.... and hopefully the Power Company really means "for the last time".
