Renowned Owner-Chef Wilo Benet (who was a judge on the hit TV show "Top Chef") heads Museum Restaurant Group -- which also operates Pikayo Restaurant, Paya Restaurant, and Museum Catering Services -- launched "Varita" in February 2009... and it is already a resounding success.
