Winter Storm Hits Buffalo

A severe Winter Snow Storm has instigated some unsafe conditions and driving bans in various parts of Buffalo... and we will be operating at less the the 'full complement' of Staff during parts of today. The situation is expected to clear up a bit toward the late afternoon.
In the meantime, we may be shuffling some of our Support calls to our non-Buffalo locations.
