Abacus 21 Buffalo Office Scheduled Power Shutdown --
June 16, 2010 --
The power in the building in which Abacus 21's Buffalo Offices reside will be shut-off for maintenance by the local Power-Company on:
- Saturday, June 19th (from about 07:00am-10:00am)... and again on
- Sunday, June 20th (from about 07:00am-Noon).
During these two intervals of time (which both occur during Off-Hours), our Phone lines -- including those for allocated for Support Calls... and also our Network-Servers... will be down.
If you have the need to report a Support Incident over the weekend, please phone-them-in "around" those anticipated down-times.
Also, as a precaution, beginning at 5pm on Friday, June 18th thru 10pm Sunday, June 20th, please "phone-in" (again avoiding the abovementioned down-times) notification of any Support Incidents that may arise that you might also be emailing in... as the duration of time before all the emails catch up after the Servers are brought back up is not precisely known.
Note: All "times" listed above are expressed in East-Coast time.
