Business Hours Support Procedure

During Support Business-Hours call 716-873-2155 Ext-2.

Off-Hours Support Procedure

Support is available for off-hours (and Holiday) emergency support by utilizing Abacus 21's Night Support Mailbox (which is 7pm thru 8am Weekdays, all Weekends, and Holidays.

  • Support in Off-Hours & Holidays is performed at Off-Hour Rates.

Please make sure you make the appropriate responses (as a timely-effective support response is dependent on it).

When calling after hours, dial 716-873-2155 Ext-3.

Make sure you provide your Name, Company-Name.

Leave as explicit a Message as possible... including the best methods of contact.
Enter a known Extension.

For quality assurance purposes, Support calls & sessions may be monitored or recorded.  To insure an effective response, please conduct the conversation in a logical, professional manner.

Note that Off-Hours Support will be subject to the Off-Hours (higher) Support Rates.

Abacus 21 understands that at certain times system support situations result in 'tense moments'.  However, Support personnel are not obligated to handle calls that are of a belligerent, non-courteous, non-cooperative, or otherwise non-professional nature.
